Prices and payment 

All our prices are given in euros and all prices are inclusive of VAT. 

Subject to availability. 

With us you can pay by credit card. We accept JCB, Maestro, MasterCard and VISA. It is also possible to pay through ViaBill. 

The amount will be charged to your card when the order is completed. We do not charge card fees.

Delivery

We deliver 2 to 8 working days after we register your payment. 

All orders are delivered via GLS Private with delivery directly to your door. The delivery can be followed in the GLS Track&Trace system. 

Delivery within the EU

We ship to all countries within the EU and all orders are delivered via GLS. 

GLS Private 
For purchases under €200, the shipping and handling fee is €20.

For purchases of €200 or more, shipping is free. 

Delivery outside the EU

Fossflakes ships to Canada & Australia

Orders for delivery outside the EU are shipped with the provider chosen by Fossflakes.

GLS private 
The shipping and administration fee is €40.

Returns

Right of cancellation and return

As a consumer, you have a 20-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 20 days after the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 20 days from receipt to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@fossflakes.com or use the standard cancellation form available at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to take delivery of the goods without also informing us.

Returns 

We do not offer free returns. 

If you want to return your purchase, you choose which return option you want to use and you pay for the return of the package yourself. 

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased as a single order.

Please note that you will not have the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

The product’s condition when you return it

General 

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get back part of the purchase amount.

In other words, you can try out the item in the same way as is possible in a physical shop, but you cannot start actually using the item.

If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get back part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. If we refuse return of the item entirely, we will send the item back to you at our expense.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this will result in a €12 decrease in the value of the item.

 

Dog beds
If the dog bed shows signs of use, such as dirt or dog hair, that means the product cannot be directly resold to another customer, we will deduct part of the return amount corresponding to the time we have spent preparing or cleaning the product.

In the event that there is a large amount dog hair on a returned dog bed, we will deduct €25 from the return amount. We therefore recommend that you return the dog bed in good condition, without dog hair.

The dog bed must be returned in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this will result in a €12 decrease in the value of the item.

Reimbursement of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has been damaged and thus depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation.

We will refund the money via the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

Right of complaint

The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered to have been made in time.

If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Privacy policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We register and share your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you.

When shipping is ordered, we share your name, address, email address and telephone number with the shipping companies.

The personal data is registered at Fossflakes A/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. 

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries able to sufficiently protect your information.

The data controller at fossflakes.dk is Flemming Troelsen, CFO.

As a data subject with Fossflakes A/S, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to know what data is registered about you.
